Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish

Our Lady of Guadalupe’s current parking lot is located between the church and the school building the parking lot keeps their facilities split between two spaces. The parish and school have a need for a multipurpose space that connects the church and school and can be used as a recreational space, lunchroom and auditorium for the school and community as a whole.

design solutions:

Architrave proposed a new building situated above the current parking lot so as to not get rid of the parking spaces. The church is then connected to the school via a covered bridge and an elevator that upgrades the schools ADA compliance. The building itself houses a small indoor soccer pitch that doubles as am auditorium/multi-purpose space, locker rooms and a indoor and open air balcony space.
