The Ralph J. Pomeroy Apartments, a recently completed rehabilitation of an existing nine story Chicago Housing Authority senior residential building, was honored with the 2013 Preservation Award for Rehabilitation from the Richard H. Driehaus Foundation. A true flagship facility for the CHA, the rehabilitation also earned a LEED Platinum rating from the USGBC.
