Tenant development of approximately 6,800 square feet within the Main street Village Retail Center to accommodate office and support areas. Interior construction consisted of new partitions, doors, ceilings, finishes, casework, accessories, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection and electrical items
design solutions:
Together, geometry, materials and program influence the design approach. Rotated geometry at the entry and waiting areas creates visual interest and subtly directs patrons to the reception desk. Aluminum and glass walls divide the spaces to further articulate the program. Direct/indirect lighting and the use of cherry wood doors and casework infuse depth to interior spaces and introduce a natural warmth.
