As founding principal of Architrave, Ltd., Ruben Gil is responsible for the business activity of the firm. Further, he personally directs the performance of client services from the design of a project through its construction. Mr. Gil has over thirty years of experience in architectural practice, with a focus on commercial and institutional project types. he was associated with several prominent Chicago firms for twelve years prior to founding Architrave, Ltd. including Holabird & Root and Graham, Anderson, Probst and White.
Mr. Gil holds a bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago, is registered with the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards, and is a licensed architect in the State of Illinois. He established Architrave, ltd. in 1986 and has been responsible for direction of the following selected projects:
